Donnamaria is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several corporations, including publicly listed companies. He is part of the Pactum technical-scientific committee; his expertise lies in studying and identifying the best characteristics to maximize the probability of success of a financial transaction.  <span>Antonio Iorfida</span><p>a.iorfida@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Antonio Iorfida is a certified public accountant, auditor, and labor consultant with more than twenty years of experience in management, accounting and tax consultancy for companies, nonprofit organizations and foundations. He also has extensive experience in soft loans/financing and as a consultant to companies operating in the hotel and tourism industry. Iorfida sits on the board of auditors of various companies and is senior advisor to many international corporations. He is the Chair of several foundations and a general consultant to diocesan bodies. He is responsible for the accounting data management center, administrative and fiscal services for family businesses, corporations and limited companies. He is experienced in soft loans/financing and administrative-fiscal management of nonprofit organizations. <span>Pierpaolo Singer</span><p>p.singer@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Pierpaolo Singer is a full professor of Management and Corporate Governance at the University of Salerno. He is also an accounting officer, legal auditor and technical advisor for the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome. Singer consults on accounting, corporate and restructuring issues for numerous companies and is an expert in corporate valuations. He has assisted large companies in drafting debt-restructuring plans under art. 161 and 182 bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law, and he holds positions on the boards of statutory auditors, supervisory bodies under D.lgs 231/01 and on the boards of directors of medium and large industrial and financial corporations, including listed companies. <span>Marco Torsello</span><p>m.torsello@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Marco Torsello has over 30 years experience in the finance and banking industry. He started as a researcher in the Economics Department at L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome. In 1985, he began a career in finance working in the Treasury Department of Barclays Bank Plc and of Standard Chartered Bank Plc in Milan. In 1990, he joined Deutsche Bank Group Italy as Group Treasurer and in 1995, was appointed Head of Corporate & Institutions Division, which comprised all Investment Banking activities of Deutsche Bank in Italy. Lastly, until June 2006, he was Country Manager of the Asset Management Division of Deutsche Group in Italy. From July 2006 until June 2010, Torsello was Chief Financial Officer of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. and Investor Relator of Gemina S.p.A. Group, a listed company on the Italian Stock Exchange. Since October 2010, he has carried out consultancy activities for companies as an independent advisor.</p> Marco Torsello
<span>Marco Zampano</span><p>m.zampano@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Marco Zampano, a certified public accountant, legal auditor and technical advisor of the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome. Councellor of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome. Previously worked for Sigma-Tau Group as Financial Controller for the company’s foreign subsidiaries. His current professional activities consist of providing qualified advice in the area of consultancy, accounting, and corporate and tax law. He is an expert in company valuations and restructuring issues, as well as corporate reorganization plans under art. 161 and 182 bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law. Zampano performs advisory services for ENPAP on accounting and tax matters for registered psychologists nationwide. He holds positions on the boards of statutory auditors, supervisory bodies under D.lgs 231/01 and on the boards of directors of industrial and financial corporations, also performing the role of liquidator and auditor.</p> Marco Zampano
<span>Walter Ventura</span><p>w.ventura@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Walter Ventura is a certified public accountant, legal auditor and technical advisor to the Civil Tribunal of Rome. Initially trained in the field of tax consulting (Arthur Andersen) and soft loans/financing, he has developed an expertise in corporate finance and, in particular, in the valuation of companies. Ventura has conducted numerous expert valuations for complex corporate reorganization operations. He intervenes as an expert providing affidavits for debt restructuring plans pursuant to art. 182 bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law, for listed companies, as well as for carrying out annual impairment tests for 'IAS compliant' companies. He holds positions on the board of auditors of leading international companies and is a member of the Finance and Business Commission of the Order of Certified Public Accountants in Rome.</p> Walter Ventura
<span>Paolo Torsello</span><p>p.torsello@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Admitted to the Rome Bar Association, he has been practicing the legal profession since 2013. He has many years of international experience in the white-collar crime practice within one of the most important and prestigious global law firms. He provides legal assistance, both in judicial and extra-judicial field, with specific expertise in criminal law and in corporate criminal liability, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. He is involved in drafting and implementing the Organization, Management and Control Models (so-called 231 Models) of several companies in many sectors, with a focus in the pharmaceutical one. In addition, he also supports several Supervisory Bodies, helping them during their meetings, drafting the minutes and the reports that the Supervisory Body shares within the company. <span>Alessandro San Bonifacio</span><p>a.sanbonifacio@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Admitted to the Rome Bar Association in 1978, and admitted to defend before the Supreme Court of Cassation in 2002, he became a partner of Studio Avv. Ercole Graziadei – Associazione Professionale – in 1981. After the dissolution of the said law firm, he founded Studio Legale Internazionale, which, in 2003, took the name of “San Bonifacio e Associati”. In October 1999 he started his cooperation with K Studio Associato (a member of the KPMG Network) as responsible of the legal department of the Rome office and continued to cooperate with it as of counsel until September 2012. He reached the highest standard of professional experience in civil law with a particular focus in the commercial and contractual matters and in banking and corporate law, at both national and international levels. He assisted and assists professionally a number of important clients in the above matters as well as in intellectual property rights matters and in private estates restructuring and arrangements. He has done work experience at prestigious foreign law firms (London, UK, and Amman, Jordan) and joined the law firm ‘San Bonifacio and Associates’ in Rome in 2009. He has gained significant professional experience in international private law, with particular regard to contractual, commercial and company law, at national and international level and in litigation. In addition, he has assisted and assists important clients - including foreign ones - in corporate and commercial transactions, as well as in debt restructuring and bankruptcy law. <span>Salvatore Patti</span><p>s.patti@pactumitalia.com </p><p>A full professor of Private Law at La Sapienza University of Rome, Professor Salvatore Patti has also been a visiting professor at Stanford, Yale, Zurich, Freiburg and Bochum universities. He is a lawyer admitted in Italy and Germany and is also director or co-editor of several legal journals. A rapporteur in over two hundred national and international conferences, he is author of approximately four hundred publications and is a member of the Academy of Comparative Law, the Gesellschaft für Rechtsvergleichung and the Henri Capitant Association. In 1978 he was named Cavaliere della Repubblica for scientific merit. In 2002 he was awarded the Cross of Merit Class I of the Federal Republic of Germany. <span>Maurizio Morganti</span><p>m.morganti@pactumitalia.com </p><p>Attorney Maurizio Morganti has been practicing law since 1999 and, in 2015, was granted patronage to the Supreme Court. He handles civil, commercial, bankruptcy and family law issues, in addition to conducting contractual and corporate consultancy activities, disputes and opinions in the field of private procurement and public works, and antitrust matters, which regard European legislation. He has also assisted in court and out-of-court cases involving companies in crisis with substantial exposure to banks and suppliers, also in the context of bankruptcy procedures.
